100% of these proceeds goes towards the T2 Fitness Foundation's T2 Fresh Start Initiative,  a free 12 grant-funded, week comprehensive wellness program that combines fitness training, life coaching, healthy cooking classes and mental health therapy to improve the health of individuals who suffer from heart disease or hypertension.  

The T2 Fresh Start Initiative was an initiative created to reduce the health disparities impacting African American women and under-resourced communities in the United States.  T2 Fresh Start Initiative cohorts are taking place in the following cities in 2023:  
​Norfolk, Va, Franklin, Va, Suffolk, Va, and Petersburg, Va.
